Have you tried to follow a Fat loss>Click Here! diet or weight loss plan to lose pounds? You are not alone! Obesity is prevalent in America. Some 65% of Americans are obese. If we could poll that 65% of the population, I bet we would find the majority of them have tried to lose weight. They probably lost weight, gained it back, tried another diet, lost weight, gained it back and the struggle goes on!
What does this matter, you ask? It matters in the long run. At first it does not seem to affect you physically. It might prevent you from running a marathon and winning, but you do not realize what is happening inside your body!
You might even attribute getting fatter with getting older and think it is no big deal. It is a big deal! The extra weight is stealing years from your life. Eventually, the extra pounds start affecting your knees, your back, your feet and legs and that is only the beginning.
Do you know anything at all about Type II Diabetes? It begins in your life as you grow older, get fatter and your body is unable to produce enough insulin to provide the amount the body needs. Sometimes your body creates excess insulin which is dumped into our body when it cannot get to the cells . The excess insulin affects all the major organs of the body. Years of abuse can cause heart failure, kidney failure, blindness, circulation problems, amputation of limbs and even death!
All of this starts happening because we are obese!

Kids Tell Everything! Can You Take the Heat?
You know kids are very honest. Lots of times they embarrass their parents with the things they say. They do not care who hears it either. Kids blurt out whatever they think and sometimes you stand there with your mouth open hoping the person did not hear.
I remember when Chris, my grandson, was about ten years old, and he went with us to a big party. Our friend Neal held the party every year. We all knew each other and had a great time. One of our friends, named Sherri, had lap band surgery the year before and had lost Click Here!a lot of weight. The last time we saw her, she was really thin!
Chris was curious about the surgery Sherri had. I told him she had a big band put around her stomach and the band would keep her stomach small so she could not eat so much food and she could lose weight. He asked several questions but he really wanted to know about the band: "What kind of band?" "How does it work?" "Why would she do that?" I told him it was like taking a big, wide rubber band and putting it around a balloon so it would make the upper part of the balloon small and the bottom bigger. Chris said, "Oh, Sherri got a rubber band around her stomach, right? I replied, "right." End of story right?
Well, a lot can happen in a year. When we saw Sherri, I hardly recognized her. She was bigger than ever! Sherri was very overweight! She weighed more now than she did before she had the lap band surgery! Well, leave it to kids! Chris piped up and said, " Well I guess Sherri's rubber band broke!" I was so embarrassed!
But that phrase stuck in my mind! I kept hearing him say, "I guess Sherri's rubber band broke!" Years later and I still remember. I thought what a terrible thing when you pay all that money to have surgery to lose weight, and even that is not foolproof!
That is the sad thing about Fat loss>Click Here! diets or any diet. You can eat correctly and lose lots of weight and the minute you let your guard down, you start eating the foods you really love and you will gain it all back plus some. You will be bigger than ever before! All that work for nothing!
I hate having to diet! I hate not being able to eat the foods I love! What about you? Are you content to remain fat and eat the foods you love? Had you rather be thin? Does it bother you for people to stare at you just because you are fat? What is your choice? Do you fight against all odds to be thin or do you accept your fate?
Maybe, it was never meant for everyone to be small. Fat loss>Click Here! plans will work until you fall off the plan! Then what do you do, start all over? Whatever you decide is alright with me because I am in the same boat as you!

5 Tips To Help You Follow a Fat Loss Diet Plan! Do You Want To Get Thin?
Fat loss is the most important thing if you plan on losing weight and keeping it off. If you are happy being obese then you can continue as you are. However, please take note of this fact: being obese takes years off your life. Not only does obesity shorten your life but it causes many health problems such as heart disease and diabetes.
Please realize obesity can lead to disease such as heart disease and diabetes. These are serious health issues and can seriously affect your quality of life. Heart disease can lead to heart failure, stroke, even death. Diabetes greatly complicates your life and can lead to heart disease, stroke, blindness, kidney failure, amputation, and death. Either one of these diseases can make for a miserable life and can make you wish you were dead!
If you are interested in a Fat loss diet plan to lose weight and to help you lead a healthier life, then here are some tips to help you achieve your goals.
1. Eat less food.
The total number of calories you eat each day must be less than the number of calories you use. If the number of calories you eat equals the number of calories you use, then your weight will stay the same. You can only lose weight when you eat less calories than you use. Thus, if you eat less then you will have Fat loss>Click Here!
2. Eat several smaller meals throughout the day.
If you eat several smaller meals you can increase your metabolism. You trick your body into thinking it does not need to store up fat and thus you have Fat loss>Click Here!
3. Make sure you eat protein.
Protein helps your body form lean muscle. Protein is harder for your body to digest and it also helps slow down the digestion of carbohydrates. The best thing of all is that protein satisfies your hunger longer.
4. Eat complex carbohydrates.
A reliable Fat loss plan is a balanced diet including carbohydrates. There are two types of carbohydrates: slow and fast digesting. Eating carbohydrates triggers the body to release insulin. This is where the weight gain begins. Fast carbohydrates are digested quickly and causes more insulin to be secreted by the body. The more insulin secreted the more the fat gain. Therefore, you must eat slow carbohydrates! Slow carbohydrates digest slower so less insulin is produced and released into the body.
5. Throw away all the foods in your house you should never eat!
Clean out your pantry, your cabinets, your refrigerator, and every drawer where you have stashed food. All the chips, dips, cookies, ice cream, pies, and donuts must be tossed in the trash. These foods are bad for you and you cannot eat them and lose weight. Fat loss will not take place if you continue to eat these bad foods!
Oh, yeah, get the stash of bad foods you have hidden under your bed and throw them away also!
You have to stop eating these kinds of foods. No more of them at all! If you want to be thin again, then quit eating these foods today!
Psych yourself up! You do not want to be obese. You do not want to end up with heart disease or diabetes. You are changing your eating habits. You plan to get slim and trim by following a Fat loss plan!

Are You sick of Being Overweight? You Can Fix It With Fat Loss Diet!
If you are overweight you are shortening your life by several years. Can you live with that? If you are fat, then you are on a collision course with death! Fat will kill you! It is time to get serious about losing weight and the best way to do that is use a plan focused on Fat loss!
I have been overweight for several years. I have tried diet after diet. Weight loss is a must for me. I have no choice if I want to live. I have lost weight, and gained it right back when I get sick and tired of a diet!
One day I received an email from a friend all about low calorie diets, fat free diets, diet sodas, and artificial sweeteners. It included a letter from a doctor stating the dangers of diet sodas. His letter told what all diet sodas do to your body and how addicting diet sodas are. He claimed diet drinks make you fat. They make you crave sweets, and as a result, you gain weight!
I quit drinking diet sodas that day! I believed him and as a result, I have lost weight and I have lost my craving for sugar and sugary foods. When I lost that craving, I decided I needed to eat healthy foods. I began focusing on eating foods that are good for me. I ate lots of fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, and no fried foods. I drank water or tea, no sugar and no artificial sweeteners!
This letter made a believer out of me. I began researching diets. Diets focused on Fat loss were recommended the most! Diet plan after diet plan stressed if you are FAT, you are not fit! I decided I would follow this kind of diet!
In addition, all of these diets talked about attitude! The power of positive thinking was mentioned time and again. Accept the fact you are changing your lifestyle. You are in this for the long haul! You are not on a diet plan, but you are changing the habits of a lifetime.
You are eating to live, not living to eat! Start eating more fruits and vegetables, protein rich foods, and less carbohydrates. Avoid fried foods, sugar and sugary foods, and white foods such as white bread, potatoes, rice, etc.
Begin small. Change a few things at a time. You might start with eating protein rich foods for breakfast. They fuel you up and keep you full longer. I started by eating a piece of toast with peanut butter on it. Peanut butter is high in protein and started my day off right. It filled me up and I was full until lunch. Drink a protein rich breakfast drink for breakfast sometimes. Protein first thing of the day gives you fuel for the day!
Next you might decide to stop eating fried foods. This is a major step. Keep a positive attitude. Once you do this for a week, you will not even miss the fried foods and you have taken a major step in the right direction. Keep doing this week after week until you have eliminated most of the bad foods from your life.
Eating healthy has become my way of life! Make it your way of life. Fat loss and weight loss will follow!
Speed up the weight loss - EXERCISE! You do not have to begin your exercise program doing thirty push ups everyday. Begin small and increase the number as you gain strength.
Motivate yourself! Be positive. Have talks with yourself. You might not want to tell everyone about the talks you have with yourself. They may want to send you to a psychiatrist!
At the beginning, when you start changing your habits, take a sheet of paper and list why you want to lose weight. Be honest with yourself. Why do you hate being overweight? Take pictures of the way you look today. Make notes to yourself on sticky notes. Post these notes and your pictures on the refrigerator door, since this is the place you are most likely to cheat on your diet plan. Put your picture and your notes in prominent places throughout the house where they are visible. When you see them, you will be motivated to stick to your plan!
Remember this plan for weight loss and Fat loss will become your way of life. This is a lifetime sentence! You are making a commitment to eat healthy and throw in a weekly routine of exercise!
You can do this. Be patient and be positive. Here is to a thinner you!

America is Overweight! Are You One of These?
Millions of people diet day after day. Some people choose to eat healthy foods, avoiding fat and carbohydrate dense foods. They focus on losing weight by eating foods that will trigger Fat loss as well as weight loss.
Lots of others choose a low calorie diet plan to lose weight. So have I. If you look around there are millions of people following low calorie diet plans, buying low calorie foods and they are still fat? I think it is time to face the fact. Low calorie diet plans do not work!
I see people at restaurants. They are eating low calorie dinners thinking, like I did, that this is the answer to losing weight. I have talked to many dieters who have followed low calorie diets for weeks and they have lost very little weight. They get discouraged to realize they have dieted for weeks and lost only a few pounds.
It is more than discouraging to realize you have dieted day after day, for weeks, and you have lost seven (7) pounds! Why diet? Thus I began eating right then and there. In the end I gained weight and ended up fatter than ever!
The number one reason why low calorie diets do not work is eating low calorie foods starves your body. You become malnourished. You feel tired all the time. You do not have the energy to do your regular chores, let alone exercise!
The answer to this vicious cycle is a healthy diet plan focusing on Fat loss! If you want to lose weight successfully, you need to keep these two things in mind:
1. Calories are not your enemy.
Calories are not what you should avoid. They are required to supply your body with the necessary nutrition and energy. When your body gets enough food, it will increase your metabolic rate, which will automatically result in weight loss!
The bad calories are those that are available in junk foods. They are foods high in fat or carbohydrates or both. Avoid fried foods high in fat and calories.
Avoid white foods such as potatoes, rice, bread, etc. Avoid sugar and sugary foods. These calories are high in carbohydrates and fats.
Eat fruits and vegetables. The calories in fruits and vegetables are negative calories. Negative calories means it takes more calories to digest these foods than the foods provide! This results in calorie deficit which will ultimately result in weight loss!
Fat loss and weight loss are tied together. You have to focus on foods low in fat, if weight loss is your goal!
2. Muscle building is a must!
Do you know that muscles burn a lot of your calories? This means that the more lean muscles you have, the faster you will be able to lose weight!
Eat protein-rich foods and build lean muscles. Protein-rich foods keep you feeling full longer. This helps keep you from over-eating and will help you lose weight faster!
Working out regularly in a gym will build lean muscles as well.
Remember these two (2) steps to help you lose weight.
(1) Avoid bad calories. Eat more protein/ and (2) Exercise! Focus on muscle building. Muscles burn calories.
Do not count on low calorie diets to help you lose weight. All they do is help you lose water and muscle. You might be misled into thinking you have lost several pounds, and all you lost was water and muscle!
Remember this: Unless you have Fat loss you will not become slim! If you do not lose fat, you can not become Fit!
The truth is "Fit not FAT!"
Until next time, take care!
