Fat loss>CLICK HERE!
Diets do not work long term. There are articles in every magazine on losing weight and a new way to do it. Everyone you talk to is on a diet, planning to go on a diet, or has been on a diet. Isn't that an indication diets don't work?
Sure you can go on a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet and lose some weight but if you venture off the diet, you will gain it right back. Let's face it! Americans are getting fatter every year. We live a fast paced lifestyle and we love having fast food restaurants on every corner. We do not want to spend time preparing food and cooking it. We want to pick up ready made meals, eat them and throw away the paper!
There are no fast restaurants around that serve foods from a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan. If there were we would probably still drive right past them and pick up the fried foods full of carbohydrates and fat!
Most diets work as long as you limit the amount of calories you stuff in your mouth. The problem is it is practically impossible for anyone to do this day after day for the rest of their life. If it could be done there would not be so many Americans overweight. There is not a diet, a surgical procedure or medications that can guarantee you will remain thin if you get off their plan!
The only way you can get thinner and stay thinner is to change the way you eat forever! You must have a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan you can use for the rest of your life. It must be a commitment on your part to eat healthy and change your life. No one I know wants to destroy their health with all the medical problems that go along with being overweight or obese. We much prefer to be slim, disease free, and able to get around on our own and take care of ourselves as long as we live!
We can not be assured our life will be disease free and that we will be able to get around and take care of ourselves our entire life. We can, however, make the odds be more in our favor if we change how we eat for the remainder of our life. We need a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan that works for us, that we can live with, and that will make us thinner!
All that is required is a diet rich in protein, fiber, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates. We need to eat 4 smaller meals over the course of the day and have a healthy snack in between. Breakfast should be protein to fill us up for the day and carry us through without hunger until lunch.
Some great protein foods for breakfast are oatmeal, cereals rich in fiber, protein drinks, peanut butter on whole wheat toast or a boiled egg.
Lunch and diner are great times to eat our vegetables in a salad or with meat, poultry, or fish. Just be sure to bake, broil or grill the meat, poultry, or fish and it is great to eat. Don't forget to eat your complex carbohydrates such as potatoes, baked or broiled, brown rice, or whole wheat pasta. Complex carbohydrates are harder to digest and so you feel full longer. They are also rich in fiber which is good for the digestive system.
Fruits, nuts, seeds and yogurt are great snacks. One of the best nuts to eat is almonds.
There you have my Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan. I plan to change my life with it. You can use it if you like.

OBESITY and Fat loss>Click Here!
Have you tried to follow a Fat loss>Click Here! diet or weight loss plan to lose pounds? You are not alone! Obesity is prevalent in America. Some 65% of Americans are obese. If we could poll that 65% of the population, I bet we would find the majority of them have tried to lose weight. They probably lost weight, gained it back, tried another diet, lost weight, gained it back and the struggle goes on!
What does this matter, you ask? It matters in the long run. At first it does not seem to affect you physically. It might prevent you from running a marathon and winning, but you do not realize what is happening inside your body!
You might even attribute getting fatter with getting older and think it is no big deal. It is a big deal! The extra weight is stealing years from your life. Eventually, the extra pounds start affecting your knees, your back, your feet and legs and that is only the beginning.
Do you know anything at all about Type II Diabetes? It begins in your life as you grow older, get fatter and your body is unable to produce enough insulin to provide the amount the body needs. Sometimes your body creates excess insulin which is dumped into our body when it cannot get to the cells . The excess insulin affects all the major organs of the body. Years of abuse can cause heart failure, kidney failure, blindness, circulation problems, amputation of limbs and even death!
All of this starts happening because we are obese!

Are You sick of Being Overweight? You Can Fix It With Fat Loss Diet!
If you are overweight you are shortening your life by several years. Can you live with that? If you are fat, then you are on a collision course with death! Fat will kill you! It is time to get serious about losing weight and the best way to do that is use a plan focused on Fat loss!
I have been overweight for several years. I have tried diet after diet. Weight loss is a must for me. I have no choice if I want to live. I have lost weight, and gained it right back when I get sick and tired of a diet!
One day I received an email from a friend all about low calorie diets, fat free diets, diet sodas, and artificial sweeteners. It included a letter from a doctor stating the dangers of diet sodas. His letter told what all diet sodas do to your body and how addicting diet sodas are. He claimed diet drinks make you fat. They make you crave sweets, and as a result, you gain weight!
I quit drinking diet sodas that day! I believed him and as a result, I have lost weight and I have lost my craving for sugar and sugary foods. When I lost that craving, I decided I needed to eat healthy foods. I began focusing on eating foods that are good for me. I ate lots of fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, and no fried foods. I drank water or tea, no sugar and no artificial sweeteners!
This letter made a believer out of me. I began researching diets. Diets focused on Fat loss were recommended the most! Diet plan after diet plan stressed if you are FAT, you are not fit! I decided I would follow this kind of diet!
In addition, all of these diets talked about attitude! The power of positive thinking was mentioned time and again. Accept the fact you are changing your lifestyle. You are in this for the long haul! You are not on a diet plan, but you are changing the habits of a lifetime.
You are eating to live, not living to eat! Start eating more fruits and vegetables, protein rich foods, and less carbohydrates. Avoid fried foods, sugar and sugary foods, and white foods such as white bread, potatoes, rice, etc.
Begin small. Change a few things at a time. You might start with eating protein rich foods for breakfast. They fuel you up and keep you full longer. I started by eating a piece of toast with peanut butter on it. Peanut butter is high in protein and started my day off right. It filled me up and I was full until lunch. Drink a protein rich breakfast drink for breakfast sometimes. Protein first thing of the day gives you fuel for the day!
Next you might decide to stop eating fried foods. This is a major step. Keep a positive attitude. Once you do this for a week, you will not even miss the fried foods and you have taken a major step in the right direction. Keep doing this week after week until you have eliminated most of the bad foods from your life.
Eating healthy has become my way of life! Make it your way of life. Fat loss and weight loss will follow!
Speed up the weight loss - EXERCISE! You do not have to begin your exercise program doing thirty push ups everyday. Begin small and increase the number as you gain strength.
Motivate yourself! Be positive. Have talks with yourself. You might not want to tell everyone about the talks you have with yourself. They may want to send you to a psychiatrist!
At the beginning, when you start changing your habits, take a sheet of paper and list why you want to lose weight. Be honest with yourself. Why do you hate being overweight? Take pictures of the way you look today. Make notes to yourself on sticky notes. Post these notes and your pictures on the refrigerator door, since this is the place you are most likely to cheat on your diet plan. Put your picture and your notes in prominent places throughout the house where they are visible. When you see them, you will be motivated to stick to your plan!
Remember this plan for weight loss and Fat loss will become your way of life. This is a lifetime sentence! You are making a commitment to eat healthy and throw in a weekly routine of exercise!
You can do this. Be patient and be positive. Here is to a thinner you!
