It is too easy to feel sorry for myself. If you have tried diet after diet, you probably feel the same way. Let's face it! There is no good diet. If you, like me, have tried many diets with little or no success, you undoubtedly feel the same way. Diets do not work. You diet, you lose, you get off the diet and the pounds creep right back on. Soon you weigh as much, if not more, than you did before. Sound familiar?
What is a good way to obtain fat loss and weight loss? Well, it certainly is not with a diet. Half the people I talk to are on a diet. They never get thinner. Just like me! What is the answer to losing weight? How can I turn my life around and make the pounds fall off?
Look around you. 65% of Americans are overweight or obese. There are people out there who have dieted all their life and there are many who have had lap band surgery or bypass surgery, and they are still overweight. Now I would really be feeling sorry for myself if I had spent all that money for surgery and a few years later I am fat again!
The real key to losing weight is to make a commitment that lasts a lifetime. There will not be a drastic change all at once. It will be gradual changes as I make my own lifetime Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan!
I must change my eating habits if I want to live a happy, healthy life. I do not want to grow old and find myself housebound, too fat to get around by myself. So today I start my plan and if you are interested, I'll share my self-made Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan with you.
First, I will throw out all crazy diet plans. They did not work anyway!
Second, I am eating healthy from now on.
Third, I will no longer skip meals.
Fourth, I will eat four smaller meals with a healthy snack in between, instead of gorging myself on two or three big meals that are loaded with carbohydrates.
Fifth, I will exercise, even if it kills me!
These are my basic rules. Now here is my list of what I will not be eating on my Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan! No fried foods, most carbohydrates, foods made with white flour, sugar, and sugary foods, sodas, including diet sodas.
My fat loss diet plan will include:
Whole grains
This group includes foods made from wheat, rice, oats, cornmeal, barley or another cereal grain. Examples are bread, pasta, oatmeal, breakfast cereals and grits. Just make sure the word "whole" is in front of any of these products you buy.
Vegetables
Eat more vegetables. Include dark green ones, orange ones and beans and peas.
Fruits
Fresh fruit is best. Frozen, canned or dried are acceptable, just check the sugar content.
Dairy Products
Use low-fat or fat-free. Yogurt is in this group and is good for you and your digestive system.
Protein
This includes eggs, beef, poultry, fish, dried beans, nuts, seeds and peanut butter. Foods in this category will fill you up and keep the hunger away longer.
That is my fat loss diet plan. Pretty simple, right? I plan to choose healthy foods from now on and follow this plan. There will be times, I "fall off the wagon" but I plan to climb right back on and keep on "trucking."
Oh, yeah, I plan to throw some exercise in there along the way. Everybody says exercise is the key to losing weight, losing it faster and keeping it off! We will see, won't we?
