Could You Use A Great Fat Loss Diet Plan? This Is It!

Fat loss>CLICK HERE! Fat, fat, fat are words that keep going through my mind. I do not know one single person who wants to be fat. I know Suma wrestlers want to be fat! They eat and eat and eat again to add fat to their frame! I do not know any of them personally, however. So as I said in the beginning, I do not know anyone who wants to be fat!

I do not want to be fat, but I am. I want a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan that works! I was skinny all my life but have become a fat person in my older years. I certainly did not plan it that way. I thought I could eat as I got older like I did when I was younger. No one brought it to my attention that if I continued to eat like I did when I was younger, I would be fat as I grew older and my metabolism slowed down.

So I kept feeding my face and I got bigger and bigger. What a shame!

In my older, fatter years I have dieted and lost weight, dieted and lost weight, and dieted and lost even more weight. Why do I keep feeding the fire and end up being bigger than before? What is the answer: By-pass surgery, lap-band surgery, a constant diet, or "The Biggest Loser Show?"

I know many who have yielded to the knife. They get very thin and stay thin for a period of about 1 to 1½ years and then the weight gain begins! It seems there is not a permanent "fix" for us "fat folks!" Are we doomed to remain fat forever? Is there an answer, a plan, a fat loss diet plan that will put an end to our agony and let us get thin and stay thin?

I have read everything I can get my hands on about Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plans. Many medical professionals recommend the low glycemic food plan , used by many diabetics as the way to lose fat and weight. This plan indexes foods (carbohydrates) based on how fast they raise our blood sugar levels. The faster foods are digested, the faster sugar is released into our systems and the faster our blood sugar levels rise.

When foods are digested, glucose is released into our bodies to be absorbed and used by our cells. Insulin is produced by our bodies to help our cells absorb glucose more efficiently. When we bombard our bodies with foods that are easily digested and all that glucose is released into our bodies, we either do not have enough insulin or, after years of abuse, we have developed insulin intolerance.

Whatever the reason, it simply means our bodies cannot efficiently use insulin to help our cells get the glucose they need. All that glucose that is not absorbed and used by our cells, is left in our bloodstream where untold damage to major organs of our bodies can occur.

A low glycemic diet plan is simply an eating plan based on foods with a lower ranking according to the glycemic index. Dieticians and weight experts recommend this diet plan to treat obesity because it reduces cravings, appetite swings and improve eating habits. If you are interested do a search on the internet for "glycemic index food chart." This chart lists the low, medium and high foods. If you want a great Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan, choose the foods listed as "low" in the chart.

Diets Do Not Work? Could You Use A Fat Loss Diet Plan That Does?

Fat loss>CLICK HERE!
Diets do not work long term. There are articles in every magazine on losing weight and a new way to do it. Everyone you talk to is on a diet, planning to go on a diet, or has been on a diet. Isn't that an indication diets don't work?

Sure you can go on a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet and lose some weight but if you venture off the diet, you will gain it right back. Let's face it! Americans are getting fatter every year. We live a fast paced lifestyle and we love having fast food restaurants on every corner. We do not want to spend time preparing food and cooking it. We want to pick up ready made meals, eat them and throw away the paper!

There are no fast restaurants around that serve foods from a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan. If there were we would probably still drive right past them and pick up the fried foods full of carbohydrates and fat!

Most diets work as long as you limit the amount of calories you stuff in your mouth. The problem is it is practically impossible for anyone to do this day after day for the rest of their life. If it could be done there would not be so many Americans overweight. There is not a diet, a surgical procedure or medications that can guarantee you will remain thin if you get off their plan!

The only way you can get thinner and stay thinner is to change the way you eat forever! You must have a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan you can use for the rest of your life. It must be a commitment on your part to eat healthy and change your life. No one I know wants to destroy their health with all the medical problems that go along with being overweight or obese. We much prefer to be slim, disease free, and able to get around on our own and take care of ourselves as long as we live!

We can not be assured our life will be disease free and that we will be able to get around and take care of ourselves our entire life. We can, however, make the odds be more in our favor if we change how we eat for the remainder of our life. We need a Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan that works for us, that we can live with, and that will make us thinner!

All that is required is a diet rich in protein, fiber, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates. We need to eat 4 smaller meals over the course of the day and have a healthy snack in between. Breakfast should be protein to fill us up for the day and carry us through without hunger until lunch.

Some great protein foods for breakfast are oatmeal, cereals rich in fiber, protein drinks, peanut butter on whole wheat toast or a boiled egg.

Lunch and diner are great times to eat our vegetables in a salad or with meat, poultry, or fish. Just be sure to bake, broil or grill the meat, poultry, or fish and it is great to eat. Don't forget to eat your complex carbohydrates such as potatoes, baked or broiled, brown rice, or whole wheat pasta. Complex carbohydrates are harder to digest and so you feel full longer. They are also rich in fiber which is good for the digestive system.

Fruits, nuts, seeds and yogurt are great snacks. One of the best nuts to eat is almonds.

There you have my Fat loss>CLICK HERE! diet plan. I plan to change my life with it. You can use it if you like.
